Fundraising Ideas for Non profits Fundraising for nonprofit organizations are difficult as it is but it is getting worse. For therapeutic riding programs with children and horses it is a vital service that the families desperately need. Don't forget winters in the US are sometimes difficult to keep income coming in but horses still need to be fed. If more people don't help nonprofits; all of the hard work and love that goes into making sure programs continue will be lost forever. I have heard of many people that have discontinued their programs because of expenses and prices rising. Most people that don't make donations don't realize that $5 or $10 makes a difference to nonprofits.
